Filters

Filters should be easily accessible and removable for cleaning. Grease filters should be installed at an angle of no less then 45 degrees. Horizontal baffles allows the grease to collect in the grease drip tray.

All filters shall be cleaned or replaced a minimum of once per week in accordance with manufacturer's cleaning instructions.
